Please be aware that the Vendor Services Application (VSA) will be offline on Sunday, September 30th from 6 AM to 6 PM. During this time, technical upgrades will be implemented to the authentication and attachment functionality within the application. Upon completion of the outage VSA users in the vendor community will see different authentication screens but the existing user ID and password combination will continue to function as they do currently.
