FEE DOCUMENT/CSV APPROVAL PROCESS
The process for approving the Fee Document and the Contractor Schedule of Value (CSV) Document has been improved. PRZM now has the feature to Approve with Conditions, which will allow the required documentation to be submitted at a later time without affecting the approval of the Fee Document and CSV.
The required documentation for all contracts above $50,000 must include Certifications and Statutory Requirements, Financial Disclosures and Conflicts of Interest, and Subcontract(s). These documents must be signed, in PDF format, and follow the UI naming convention. Please click here for additional information.
For questions, please contact Qu Kim or your UI Project Manager.
VENDOR EVALUTION MODUCLE (VEM)
The new Vendor Evaluation Module (VEM), within the Vendor Services Application (VSA), allows University staff to upload completed evaluations of any construction related vendor to the VSA record.
- Vendors can access all completed evaluations within their VSA dashboard.
- University staff can access VEM on your dashboard, under the CAPS module.
To access VEM, VSA, or CAPS, navigate to the UOCP&RES website at www.uocpres.uillinois.edu and select the Applications tab.
For questions, please contact Sean Reeder.
VENDOR NAME LOCKED-DOWN
Vendor names have now been locked-down and cannot be changed within PRZM. When a project is started in PRZM, and if a vendor changes the name of the company, the vendor name in that project cannot change. This will help ensure all supporting documentation match to the correct vendor throughout the system and the project.
For questions, please contact Sean Reeder.
UOCP&RES WEBSITE REDESIGN
We are in the process of moving the UOCP&RES website to a new format. The content and information will stay the same, with a new look and feel. On Friday, December 19, 2014, check-out the new format by going to www.uocpres.uillinois.edu.
For questions, please contact Karen Deering.
