BID
TAB AND MATERIAL DEFICIENCY
WORKBOOK
The project to create a fully integrated and
macro-programmed EXCEL bid tab and material
deficiency workbook completed testing at UIC and
UIUC in early September. The purpose of
the new and improved bid tab and material
deficiency workbook is to combine separate
worksheets, remove repetitive data input, and
produce automatic calculations of M_FBE goal
achievement.
A draft training and reference manual is
being reviewed in September by project
assistants involved in pilot testing at UIC and
UIUC. Once the initial review of the
training manual is completed in September,
training for all project assistants including
UIS will be rolled out in October.
If you have questions, please contact Fred Coleman
